1. How much time will it take for my order to deliver?

It usually takes 5 business days for your order to get delivered but it may vary depending upon order volume, festivals, delivery partner issues etc.

2. What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping across India on all our order. Some pin codes might not be serviceable at the time of order.

3. Do we offer COD?

We offer COD at a nominal fee of ₹50. 

4. Returns & Exchange:

We offer free size exchange on all order. We accept returns & we charge a nominal fee of ₹150 for the same which will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund for returns will be processed to original source of payment or the UPI ID provided by you. For exchange or returns please email us on hi@haloeffectstore.com or leave a message in the chat box below.

Incase of delivery of a damaged product, we will bear all the charges to get the product replaced.

5. Sale

Any items purchased at a sale price can't be returned or exchanged, all sales are final. Products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect from our end.
